Linepro Controls Pvt. Ltd. is India's leading manufacturer of customized input devices and printed electronics. From a PCB design center in 1993 to a 20000 sq. ft. climate-controlled factory in Thane, we build next generation solutions that make people more resourceful.
Linepro Controls Pvt. Ltd. is India's leading manufacturer of custom designed input devices such as Membrane keyboards, Capacitive sensing keyboards, Vandal resistant (metal) keyboards, Industrial keyboards, Silicone rubber (elastomer) keyboards, Industrial labels (facia plates) and Printed Electronics based Printed Flexible Heaters and Transparent Heaters and Printed Flexible Wearable Sensors like Temperature Sensors, Pressure Sensors and Breath Sensors.
We have spread our wings into Printed Electronics as well. We have developed various sensors, heaters and wearable electronics products through printed technology.
We develop these devices in a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled manufacturing facility at Mankoli, Thane in the outskirts of Mumbai. A dedicated team ensures absolute attention and commitment to customer requirements, from prototypes to production quantities. Our products find applications in medical, industrial equipment, pharmaceutical machines, consumer electronics, vending machines, kiosks, defense equipment and automobile industries.
Linepro's Beginnings
Our company is led by dynamic Managing Director Mr. Paul Malpan. After completing his Engineering degree, Mr. Malpan spent 8 fruitful years in research and development in a leading electronic enterprise. This rich industry experience gave him the impetus to launch Linepro Controls Private Ltd.
Commencing with basic PCB design in 1993, Linepro graduated into manufacturing membrane keyboards in 1998. The membrane keyboard factory was set up in Vartak Nagar, Thane in 2003. In 2004 the EL Lamp was successfully developed and launched. Vandal Resistant Keyboard manufacturing commenced in 2007.
In 2010 a new manufacturing facility was set up in Mankoli, Thane with 10000 sq. ft. area. In 2017 we started a Research and Development centre exclusively for new systems and technology. In 2020 we expanded to 20000 sq. ft. with a 10000 class clean room for the printing department and installed a fully automatic roll to roll printing machine for large production. The company is ISO 9001-2015 certified.

Participated in Apex Expo IPC 2023 at San Diego, California, USA
Successfully developed actuator and control box systems for hospital beds.
Established Polar Automation Private Limited, a sister company dedicated to the sales and distribution of actuator and control systems.
Developed innovative solutions including CareSense (Bed positioning System), PressuraX (Foot Pressure and Gait Analysis System), and SafeSense (Seat Occupancy and Seat-Belt Detection System).
