Founded in 1993 under the leadership of Managing Director Mr. Paul Malpan, Linepro Controls has grown from early PCB design work into a fully integrated manufacturer of human-machine interfaces, developing every stage in-house, from initial concept through tooling, printing, assembly and quality assurance, at its facility in Bhiwandi, Mumbai.
From concept to finished product, our in-house R&D and design team handles electrical design, mechanical design, circuit layout and prototyping under one roof in Bhiwandi, Mumbai.
Our design engineers translate each customer’s mechanical and functional requirements into manufacturable membrane keypad, overlay and sensor layouts, iterating closely with the client before a single unit reaches production.
Every batch that ships has already passed through our Quality Control and Quality Assurance team, who inspect incoming raw materials, in-process components and finished products inside the cleanroom against the customer’s approved specification.
Our automated screen printing lines produce printed heaters, printed flexible circuits and force sensing resistors inside a 10,000-class cleanroom, giving consistent print registration and conductive-ink quality at volume.
Our digital printing facility for printed electronics complements the screen printing lines, moving quickly from a customer’s artwork to a finished flexible circuit or heater without tooling delays.
Our SMT line places and reflows components onto PCBs in-house, so keyboard and keypad assemblies requiring onboard electronics do not need to leave our facility for a separate contract manufacturer.
A trained electronics assembly team builds, wires and function-tests finished keyboard, keypad and sensor assemblies by hand, providing the precision and inspection required for high-mix, application-specific orders.
Linepro Controls Pvt. Ltd. is certified by TUV Austria to EN ISO 9001:2015 for the design, development, manufacture and supply of membrane keyboards, industrial labels, silicone rubber keypads, illuminated keyboards, metal keyboards, capacitive sensing keyboards, in-mold electronics products and printed electronics products. Linepro also holds ISO 14001:2015 environmental management certification and CE certification for applicable products.
