It all began when young and dynamic Mr. Paul Malpan decided to start a professional and State-of- Art Technology based company to cater to the needs of various and wide variety of industries for their input device requirements. With this aim in his mind, he started M/s. LinePro in the year 1993. After completing his Engineering Degree in Electronics, he worked for 8 years in a research & development organization in the field of power electronics and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition. The vast experience and closely working with the customers requirements made him successful in the venture of launching M/s. LinePro.

Starting from basic PCB design in 1993, the company graduated in manufacturing Membrane Keyboards in the year 1998. The requirement for the Membrane Keyboards were in demand due to the short life span of conventional keys and keyboards. M/s. LinePro started designing Membrane Keyboards as per customers requirements, let it be telephone, washing machine, microwave oven, point of sales systems, weighing machines, elevators, refrigerators, fuel dispensing systems, defense systems, ATM's, copier machines, information kiosks and so on….

The company envisaged that providing Membrane Keyboards was not the end of the solution, but should also provide display solutions. M/s. LinePro started designing and manufacturing Electro-Luminescent Lamp based displays. These displays are also used in various areas mentioned above. In order to augment the ease of use by the customer, the company ventured in designing and manufacturing Touch Screens. The design department has advanced software packages for the design of Circuits, Membrane Keyboards, Graphic Overlays etc. The quality control department inspects each and every components and sub-assemblies procured from outside agencies for their quality and endurance before issuing to production. The quality control department also inspects in-process and finished goods as per the specifications laid down by the design department or by the customer.

The production department is well equipped with state of the art manufacturing tools, equipments, instruments and systems. With the above processes and quality in place, the company is being approved for ISO 9001-2000 certification.
